Thanks Marian no one hurt but they did loose a couple of pets as well as all the personal stuff it's a pity i didn't keep copies of all the stepmums family stuff that i had got for her if it was my mum's it would have been right cause i have have all the cert's for mum & dad and have also saved copies of them thanks again for your help
