English Muffin Pizzas - from 1956 cookbook
Split 12 English muffins and spread cut sides with butter. Toast under the broiler until lightly browned.
Top each half with 2 tablespoons canned, sieved tomatoes. Then top with a slice of Mozarella cheese.
Sprinkle over the cheese 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese and a few grains of salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
