1 6 ounce jar 1 1/2 cups powdered non dairy creamer 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup instant coffee crystals dash of salt Combine all ingredients and store in a air tight container. Makes 2 cups mix.
For one serving: mix 1/4 cup mix with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir well to dissolve.
2 cups chocolate flavored malt milk powder 1/2 cup white butter mints chopped 3 cups non fat dry milk powder 1/2 cup presweetened cocoa powder
In a blender container mix 1 cup malted milk powder and mints. Blend about 1 minute or until mints are finely chopped. Turn in to a mixing bowl. Add remaining malted milk powder, non fat dry milk powder and cocoa. Mix together well. Store in a air tight container.
Makes 5 3/4 cups mix.
For one serving, mix 1/4 cup of mix with 3/4 cup boiling water in cup or mug. Stir to dissolve.
Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil; boil for 5 minutes. Cool. Add lemon juice. Store in covered container in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add 2 tablespoons syrup to 1 glass of ice water. Makes 2-1/2 cups syrup.
