Russian Tea Mix - Neesie

1 1/3 cups Tang brand drink mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup instant tea
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Mix together all ingredients. Store in a tightly covered jar.
Makes 2 cups mix.

Café Ole Mix- Neesie

1 6 ounce jar 1 1/2 cups powdered non dairy creamer
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee crystals
dash of salt
Combine all ingredients and store in a air tight container.
Makes 2 cups mix.

For one serving: mix 1/4 cup mix with 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir well to
dissolve.

Spice Coffee Mix - Neesie

2 cups non dairy coffee creamer
2 cups Carnation hot cocoa mix
2 cups instant coffee
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients mixing well. Store in a air tight container. Add 1
tablespoon of mix to a cup of boiling water.

Minty Chocolate Malt Mix - Neesie

2 cups chocolate flavored malt milk powder
1/2 cup white butter mints chopped
3 cups non fat dry milk powder
1/2 cup presweetened cocoa powder

In a blender container mix 1 cup malted milk powder and mints. Blend about 1
minute or until mints are finely chopped. Turn in to a mixing bowl. Add
remaining malted milk powder, non fat dry milk powder and cocoa. Mix
together well. Store in a air tight container.

Makes 5 3/4 cups mix.

For one serving, mix 1/4 cup of mix with 3/4 cup boiling water in cup or
mug. Stir to dissolve.

5 1/2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
2 1/2 cups presweetened cocoa powder
2 cups tiny marshmallows
3/4 cup powdered non dairy creamer
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stirring to mix well. Store in a
air tight container.
Makes 8 1/2 cups mix

For one serving of hot chocolate combine 1/3 cup mix with 3/4 cup boiling
water in a cup or mug. Stir well to dissolve chocolate.

3/4 cup sugar and lemon flavored ice tea mix

Cherry Syrup for Cherry Coke---Dutchie
 
1 regular package cherry flavored Kool-Aid
1 1/2 cups water
1/2  cup granulated sugar

Stir together and keep refrigerated. To make a glass of good cherry coke, add 2 to 3 tbs to one glass of Coke.

Lemonade Syrup

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. lemon juice

Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil; boil for 5 minutes. Cool. Add lemon juice. Store in covered container in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add 2 tablespoons syrup to 1
glass of ice water. Makes 2-1/2 cups syrup.

Instant Creamy Chai Mix

A wonderful spiced tea from India.



2 cups skim milk powder (Carnation brand)

2 cups powdered, nondairy creamer (i.e., Creamora or CoffeeMate)

2 cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 cups instant tea, unsweetened (Lipton brand)

1 pkg. (3.40 oz.) Jell-O instant vanilla pudding

2 TB ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground cardamom

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. ground allspice

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. ground turmeric, optional

1/8 tsp. ground white pepper, optional



Mix one cup of powdered dry milk with the brown sugar and spices and blend in

the blender,

to get the lumps out of the brown sugar. Combine with remaining ingredients

and mix well.



The turmeric adds a rich, lovely color to the finished brew. The white pepper

adds a nice warmth.



Start with two rounded tablespoons of mix to an 8 ounce cup of water. Add hot

water and enjoy.



Store in a covered container.
