Easy Kids Pizza Sticks

1 tube refrigerated bread sticks (11 oz.) pepperoni, sliced
to taste shredded mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce
1 tbsp. each grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
Directions
Heat oven to 350º F. Roll out bread sticks on an ungreased
cookie sheet, lay 2 pepperoni on end and sprinkle with some mozzarella
cheese. Fold breadstick over and twist, then mix together parmesan,
Italian seasoning and garlic powder; sprinkle over top of twisted
bread stick. Add more mozzarella, if desired, and bake for 5 - 8
minutes or until golden brown. Dip in heated pizza sauce.

Pizza Monsters
Yield: 6 Monsters

2 oz Can sliced mushrooms; drain
1/2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Pepperoni; chopped
1/3 cup Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Onion; chopped
3 tbsp Chopped ripe olives
6 English muffins halved

Mix filling ingredients and spread on muffins. Bake at 450 degrees
until cheese bubbles--about 8 minutes.

Hot Dog Pizza
1 unbaked pizza crust
8 oz. can tomato sauce
16 oz. can pork n beans
4 hot dogs, sliced into 1/4" slices
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread sauce over crust. top with beans, hot dogs, cheese, seasoning.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. cut into slices.

Hearty Sloppy Joe Pizza

Easy-to-make Sloppy Joe Pizza will become an all-time family favorite because

it

combines two of children's favorites, sloppy joes and pizza.



1 lb. lean ground beef

1 pkg. McCormick Sloppy Joe's Seasoning

1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste

1 cup water

3/4 cup frozen corn, thawed

1 (12-inch) Italian bread shell or Boboli prepared pizza crust

2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Sliced green onions, optional



1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix,

tomato paste

and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring

occasionally.

Stir in corn.



2. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place bread shell or pizza crust on baking sheet.

Spoon beef

mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is

melted. Sprinkle

with green onions, if desired.



Cut into 8 wedges.

Potato Crust Pizza



Crust.

3 large potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 Tbs. olive oil

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 cup flour

Sauce:

1 Tbs. olive oil

1 chopped onion

1/4 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. dried basil

1 8-oz. can tomato sauce

1 Tbs. dried parsley

Topping:

1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese



Boil potatoes and mash until smooth. Mix in olive oil salt, flour and blend well. Press mixture onto a lightly oiled pizza pan. Saut6 the onion in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and herbs. Simmer for 5 minutes and spoon over the potato crust. Top with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese. Bake at 400 degree F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes one pizza and is easy for children to eat.

FRUIT PIZZA

1 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerator sugar cookies
1 80z container cream cheese
1 cup sugar
fresh sliced fruit (you may use canned but, fresh is preferred)

press dough onto a pizza pan and bake according to directions.
Mix together sugar and cream cheese. Spread mixture over dough.
Top with fruit. Fruit examples: strawberries, bananas, pineapple,
blueberries, kiwi, etc. Use whatever you like and that is in season.
Serve pizza in slices.

Taco Pizza

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (10.75 oz.) taco dinner
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
1 cup kraft Mexican style shredded cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Cook meat with Taco Seasoning Mix as directed on package; spread evenly onto pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

TOP with lettuce and tomatoes. Crush Taco Shells; sprinkle over pizza. Drizzle with Taco Sauce. Cut into 12 slices.

Pizza Skillet Dinner

Scramble a skillet full of eggs. Spoon on pizza sauce or tomato sauce, grated cheese (your choice) and pizza toppings,  like sliced hot dogs, pepperoni, mushrooms, diced green peppers, etc. Mix well. Serve hot.

Pizza on a Stick

8 oz Italian sausage links
2 whole fresh mushrooms, or 1pkg of small button mushrooms
2 C whole cherry tomatoes
1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
30 slices pepperoni
1 (10 oz) tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 1/2 C shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 C pizza sauce, warmed

In a large, non-stick skillet, brown the sausages over medium heat until no longer pink; Drain. When cool enough to handle, cut sausage into 20 pieces. on 10 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the sausage, vegetables and pepperoni.

Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface; cut width-wise into 1 inch wide strips. Starting at the pointed end of the prepared skewer, pierce the skewer through one end of the dough strip and press end of dough against end item on skewer. Spiral wrap dough around skewer, allowing vegetables and meat to peek through. wrap the remaining end of the dough strip around the skewer above the last item.

Repeat with remainder of skewers. Arrange kabobs on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake at 400° F for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender and pizza dough is golden. Immediately sprinkle with cheese, Serve with warmed pizza sauce.

Beefy Hash Brown Pizza


5 C. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 C. cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can pizza sauce
2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion chopped fine
4 C. shredded pizza cheese

In a bowl combine the potatoes, soup, egg, salt and pepper. Spread mixture into a greased 15 x 10 baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 min until lightly browned.

Meanwhile in a large skillet over med heat cook the beef, onion and mushrooms until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Keep warm.

Sprinkle 2 C. cheese over hot crust.

Spread meat mixture over top, sprinkle with remaining cheese let melt. If needed place in oven till melted.
