Ingredients: 4 fresh pineapple slices 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. orange juice 1-3/4 cups diet lemon-lime soda pop Instructions: Chop the pineapple and process in a blender or food processor for a few seconds until it is well crushed. Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries 1 cup skim milk 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/2 cup orange juice 8 ice cubes
Instructions:

Ingredients: 1-1/4 cups regular grind espresso or other dark roast coffee 1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces 6 cups water 2-1/2 teaspoons EQUAL® FOR RECIPES or SPLENDA 2-1/2 cups skim milk Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir sugar into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or cups.

Frozen Watermelon Virgin Margaritas
4 cups watermelon chunks, seeds removed 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons sugar 4 cups ice cubes 1/8 teaspoon table salt 1/2 lime, cut into wedges for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except lime wedges, in a blender; puree until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.
Serves 4. 1 point per serving.

Cookies and Cream Shake
2 cups fat free vanilla frozen yogurt 1/2 cup fat free skim milk 1/4 teaspoon mint extract, optional 4 Reduced Fat Oreos, coarsely broken
Place yogurt, milk and mint extract in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy; add Oreos and blend for 5 seconds. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.
Serves 4. 3 points per serving.
