Today 45 minutes walk. Not much water intake. looking to drink more water tomorrow. |

Today, did only 30 minutes on a treadmil.Water intake so so. Working on that . i will weight myself after 2 weeks of exercise. My goal is to loose 20 to 25pds. It can be done!!!!! |

I have had not itme to log on. so here we go, for the 19th until the 22nd of January. I have exercised 30 mintues each day so far. Not enough water but I am watching what i eat. Keeping up with the program. I wan to loose 20 to 25pds so I need to exercise a little longer each day . Catherine |
