Last one week June4 to 10 Very bad week. Good news did not put on weight. Very bad since i did not exercise nor look at my diet. Got to loose 30 pounds by summer |

Well i have decided to run for a marathon by oct. So to reach that goal i have promised myself that i will exercise everyday and eat right and drink lots of water. Hoping that i will reach my goal. Wish me best!!! |

weel had a break for 4 days..was not keeping well. Back to exercise,diet and drinking lots of water. |

woke up!! not happy i wanted to get some more sleep..but well i draged myself out of bed..went for a 45 min jog+walk. Had a good breakfast.. drank only 2 glasses of water. |

Its saturday finaly!! woke up early and made it to the gym worked out for an hour.....lost around 2 pounds this week!! Proud of myself. |

i have been doing good with exercise routines..took two days off frm exercising not a good thing to to do ..i realised today (monday) morning feeling very lazy to step out and exercise...bad choice..promise not to repeat it again. |

had a great workout today..i did not eat well yesterday...i cheated my diet almost 4 to 5 times and drank only less water..i am upset i did let my self go.(i think i did so since i could not workout well in the morning since i took the weekend off BAD CHOICE).but i need to get back and i did so today with the workout hope i keep up with my diet too and the water. |

wow a great day. i went running/jogging/walking i am so proud of myself.Well i must confess i did not eat well yesterday i cheated with mac and cheese (silly i knw). today i am not going to waste my day i am going to eat right. YEP. |

a good day today i ran for 30min and walkled for another 30 min...good with the diet yesterday.did a litlle bit of pilaties too. its a wonderful feeling exercising than not..i feel more confident in myself that i can achieve what i want!!!! |

For the first time in my whole life i ran for 1+ miles without a break . planning to do some swimming too |
