For Wed. 6-15-2005
  
 3 cups green tea with sweet n low
  
 Thin slicw Bologna with 2 slices bread and 1\2 cup corn chips
  
 Peanut butter sandwich
  
 1 cup Beef roast with carrots and rice 1/2 brown and 1/2 white
  
 Exercise: Upper body with 5 pound weights
  
 Some swimming in the pool. 
  
 Over all a O:K day. Having trouble learning when to eat as much as anything. Trying to tune into my real hunger. I am not doing a restrictive plan, so what foods are not the issue for me as much as true hunger and portion control.
