Today has been good. I hope good enough. I want to see some pounds move.
 
Breakfast: Cheereos no sugar   7:00am
Snack Pretzels   10:00am
Lunch   Cheeseburger with mustard  11:00
Snack   Apple     1:00
Snack   PB Sandwich    5:00
Supper will be at 7:00  Chicken Dumplings (Small Bowl)
 
Water (7) glasses
 
Walked 1 mile
Pilates  40 minutes with DVD

O:K day. getting confused about the calories. Been reading too much. I should never have started doing research on it today. Not sure on the number of calories. Posted on GFHF to get some more suggestions.

For Wed. 6-15-2005
 
3 cups green tea with sweet n low
 
Thin slicw Bologna with 2 slices bread and 1\2 cup corn chips
 
Peanut butter sandwich
 
1 cup Beef roast with carrots and rice 1/2 brown and 1/2 white
 
Exercise: Upper body with 5 pound weights
 
Some swimming in the pool.
 
Over all a O:K day. Having trouble learning when to eat as much as anything. Trying to tune into my real hunger. I am not doing a restrictive plan, so what foods are not the issue for me as much as true hunger and portion control.

Not a good day, stayed on food plan until Hubby and I decided to have a drink. Then I got hungrey and had beeferoni!
 
No exercise, I slept until noon and it's not even a work day.
 
We watched 2 movies and I done Kiyas hair. Hmmmmmm
 
Not a good start for Phase 2

Boy have I went backwards! Well time to be responible for my own choices.
 
Today has been good wise food choices so far with an attempt on Walking away the pounds this evening. Just wanted to get this part started again.
