Before i started my walking and eating right. I was weighing about 190 lbs or more. I weighed myself on 4-8-06 and I am at 175 lbs. my goal is to loose 30lbs by July 2006. I do want to get to 135lbs which is my normal weight requirment. I have 40 lbs to go.  |
