Today is April 3rd, 2006:
AM} I walked 2 miles today that took me about 30-40 minutes to complete.
Also walked HEB to grocery shop which took me about 10 minutes.
 
So today I spent over 30 minutes walking.

This is for
Day 2 Tuesday:       I waked about 2 1/2 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the evening
Day 3 Wednesday:  I walked about 3 1/2 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the evening
Day 4 Thursday:     I walked about 2 1/2 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the evening
Day 5 Friday:          I walked about 2 1/2 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the evening

Day 6 Saturday: I walked about 3 1/2 miles in the morning and walked about 4 miles in the evening.

Days 7 - 14 (Sunday to Sunday)
I walked from 4 to 6 miles a day. 
Then i did a total of 170 crunches with in that time frame.  That was 20 crunches a day.
 
Days 15-17 (Monday to Wednesday)
I walked 6 miles a day.  I could only walk 2 miles on the 17th day because i had one of my headache attacks.  And that hindered me from completeing my walks.
I did my 20 stomach crunches every day.
 
Day 28 Today
Am: I walked about 3 miles and did my 20 stomach crunches. 
Pm: I will complete the day off with another 3 miles and add additional 20 stomach crunches.

Day 19 - 22
I walked my 6 miles and did my 20 stomach crunches every day.
 
Day 23
I walked this morning 5 miles and will walk three miles this evening.  Did my 20 crunchec this morning. I will be adding this afternoon weight lifting to tone my arms and legs.  I will add in a little treadmill walking.  This evening I will add 20 crunches.

Day 24-25
Tuesday i walked in the morning 3 miles, then at noon time I walked about 1.3 miles and then I walked in the evening about 3 miles.
 
Wednesday I walked in the morning 3 miles, then at noon time i walked about 1.78 miles.  This evening i will walk about 3 more miles.
