Windy -

guess you haven't seen this yet??
Also I wanted  to ask you a question about the Amish Friendship bread - aren't you the one that gave me the recipe?

the recipe calls for vanilla instant pudding - but it doesn't tell WHEN to add it!!

Can you help?

Goldie -
Thanks for asking after me!

My hand is about the same - I am in therapy at a hand clinic now and just today they put me on what is called a 'Tens' unit - it puts electric current into my shoulder to hopefully help with the pain - just got it today, so don't know how it's going to work yet!

As far as the lawyer - it's been less than a week - so I am just binding my time and see if I hear from him - if I don't in a week or two I'll try calling him back. But he said this is going to take awhile - first an orthapedic nurse has to review everything then he decided if we have a case - then he has to get with an orthapedic surgeon to see if he will testify that this is what caused the problem with my hand - he has worked with a couple surgeons before, so hopefully that won't be a problem - I am just waiting to hear!

Hope you are doing well and ready with big plans for Christmas!

HAHAHA  That is so cute!  That is probably one of my high IQ pigs.  He is well aware that cow shoes keeps his feet clean and warm.  LOL

Roadrunner, I think of you often and I  do hope that your therapy will indeed help you a lot.  Unfortunately, it does not happen overnight  I do hope the lawyer gets back in touch with you soon so you will  not be held wondering for too long.  Good luck!

Roadrunner,
I forgot to finish my post!  LOL
Yes, I am sure I gave you the Amish Bread recipe.  I have made it so much lately and I still need to make more .  I have given it as gifts almost as soon as I get it made.  It does freeze well, too.

I add the pudding mix right after I add the flour.
Hope you enjoy this; we surely do.

I gave some to my granddaughter to share with her roommate and her suite mates.  A week later she called me and while we were talking I asked her if she needed anything.  She said, "Yes, I need more Amish Bread!"  LOL
