I could scream!

We have a nice friendly groups of youths who think its great fun scaring the living daylights out of Tam when she's in bed by throwing stones and other stuff at the windows! And then giving out lots of verbal when we challenge them about it.

The police know about them - but seem to think that these arrogant sods will give us full names and address if we ask them for it - because they can't do anything till we know every last detail about those giving us grief. Yeah i'm sure they'd happily oblige and let the police know their whereabouts so they can end up in court again for breach of an ASBO - which is what a lot of them have. The police recognise some of them cause we have them on video - but still aren't doing anything about it.

The council are just as bad - they want full details and whether they are in council houses or not - how do i know that. Am i supposed to go and knock on the door and say "excuse me but is this a council house so i can let them know your son/daughter is being a pain in the ass and then they can kick you out!??!" Doubt that'd happen - and then we'd get the "oh my son/daughter would never do anything like that"

grrrrrrrrrrrr

Rant over - taking deep breaths - and going to look for the tablets!

The little b@st@rds!   They're getting worse, aren't they?   Ring the housing again mate and tell them you're going to get your local MP involved...watch how fast they move for you then.

You poor thing. I can sympathise here. We recently have had  a young lad throwing stones at our window, and ringing the bell etc and legging it. Well Mark did have a word with his dad who he knows from work and words were had with said child etc. But it didnt stop him, till one night we had enough and Mark rang his dad and told him if he didnt get him off our street within 5 mins he'd call the police or do the kid some damage . His dad had him outta there within 2! But since then someone else (we think we know who but have yet to prove it), has taken over the role of pain in the ass. Just wait till we catch him in the act.
I hope you can stop the little swines mate soon. Its a difficult thing to get anything done about isnt it. Good luck. xxx
