...  has not ordered my broadband...  I have a pain in my face with this pricking around...  Eircom are the only people who can test my line and when I went to go over to ESAT/BT my line was failing. My record shows that my line was tested over 4 weeks ago but my record does NOT show that my broadband has been ordered...  There is no point in eating someone in Eircom cause they don't give a flying fuck one way or the other!  I've not subscribed to a dial up package cause I tried wireless broadband and that wouldn't work, but that took me about a month from ordering to giving back the modem and I would still have to pay for a dial up package. And seeing as I fucking well thought I had ordered broadband I rekoned there was no point switching over, by the time I got the disc etc, I'd have broadband... but nooooooooooo......
 
cuse the language...  Bratz made me do it!

I dunno Sharon, I have left it in the hands of a man in Eircom. He was to email me back but of course he hasn't...  Apparently, this prick called into our job, took details, changed over our details so that Eircom are now charging us for calls and not the other group we use, did this WITHOUT our permission, promised me the sun, moon and fucking stars and then fucked off into the sunset...
