I just was on a debate group. This, omg, JERK actually said he thinks that if someone is accused and aquitted on molestation that the accuser should go automatically to jail. OMFG, I went off! Is it just me or is that not sick?
OMG! that's wrong!, just because the person accused got aquitted doesn't mean the accuser lied or that the incident didn't happen, it just means there wasn't enough solid evidence to convict them of that crime.
The accuser would be distressed already, jailing them would make it worse!
