What was pissing me off was at the time I was buying Aoife's stuff this little girl had bought a sims attachment not realising she needed the sims one game and the bitch wouldn't give her a refund on the grounds that at age 9/10 she should have known it wouldn't work without sims one!

Aoife's happy? ohhhhhhhhhhhh no.... can't figure out how to work ninetendogs so fooked the game there after 5 minutes...

There was steam coming out of my ears just listening to the cow!  They have just no concept of customer service. I felt sorry for the poor child....

Lorr, last time I bought something from them they sold me the wrong thing. I complained via email in December 2004 and I'm still waiting for a reply!  It didn't really matter cause Aoife lost it 4 months later!
