My sister called yesterday and I wanted to give her, her birthday present. I got her a make up set which I had in my wardrode and some Elizabeth Arden foundation which I had in my bathroom. When I went to get the foundation it was gone. Bloody kids... was my reaction .... I'll find it! So off she went without the thing I specifically told her I'd buy. Then last night I went to the goody bag I had left from Aoife's party. Now this may sound trivial.... but I was miffed that the whole bag of Aero was missing. I just knew the kids wouldn't take it and if they did... the papers would give them away. I decided to check in Amanda's room... she's Gary's niece that is staying with us. I looked through the bin...  and found tons of chocolate wrappers and I found the empty box that the foundation was in. She had stolen the f*cking thing. My own foundation went missing before Christmas and I had to get another sister to call down with her make up on Christmas day before I went up to my mothers. My foundation has never materialised and so I have to assume Amanda took that. There has also been at least 2 incidents of money going missing on Gary that he has put down to forgetfulness or carelessness. I think we know better now. What I am even more annoyed about is that before we had Aoife's party I had all the goodies in my room. I now know that Amanda went into my room and took stuff out of it cause the evidence is in the fooking bin in her room.

 

Oh... another thing... I gave her money to buy face paints for Aoife's party. She bought cheap shite and told me it cost �?6. I wouldn't have cost more then �?. The point is... I was bitterly disappoined with the face painting... as I'm sure where the kids... I specifically told her to get the proper face paints and for a poxy tenner she let me and 20 kids down.

 

Amanda is not really Gary's niece. Gary's sister is married to Amanda's dad and she is expecting a baby tomorrow. We obviously cannot stress her out with this problem. So what do we do? I'm not sure I want her in the house any longer but I do feel for the girl. When she came up to Dublin her dad and Gary's sister changed her room into the new nursery and so effectively she has no where to sleep if she goes back to Dundalk. They were converting the attic for her but I know it hasn't been done yet. I am confused and I don't know what to do for the best.
