I do...  I'll be voting next week... just not sure who to vote for yet..
 
Interesting question.... Some people can't vote for whatever reason, be it illness or work committments etc. so they should get a say. On occasion I haven't voted but mostly because I didn't understand the issue involved...  particularly  when it came to European policies..  but yes... people should have a say whether they vote or not...
