As lurking too much ?  I often feel i do  anyone else in the same
boat... It's a difficult one, caus a lot of ppl normally feel they are'nt lurking enough

I really feel i should cut down   to a couple of hours 2 or 3 times a week, but then I would miss ye all

HELP ME !!!! its on my mind quite a lot recently, what do you think? how often do you lurk, do you feel guilty?

Thanks for replying Noeleen.  Its really hard to explain  how I feel, I love lurking and I like the group  I must have tried about 20 times to get this post right  and I still can't find the right words, is it possible to dilute yourself? lurk too often, maybe its just how I've been feeling lately  delete delete delete, grrrrrr i can't explain this very good. I'll have to go think how to put it  caus it's really bugging me !!!

I understand what your saying about the summer hols, we will all have to do that with the kids, otherwise we'll all go stir crazy  thats understandable.

Anyhows I'll get back to you, anyone else have any thoughts
on this I'd be grateful

Nooooooooooooo dont take it that way ..... somtimes i find with all the indivudal threads a bit to much and when you finally get round to reading them its all been said already so i cant really add and say anything different, cos this group gets on so well (must be either a mum thing or a "we all totally bonkers" thing ?)    LOLOLOL.
I mean there are no arguments, no heated discusions, everyone just gets along.

Awww Dizz I was joking  here's my point, I read all the posts
some of them are very up-setting, I'm replying (to which I may add
I have no qualifications)  to do so, and I could be saying the wrong
thing, I carry people's worries around with me, honestly I was tellling
mumsie, a little while ago, I really feel for anyone going through a
rough time  Then it effects me

I just don't want to post nonsence, or driville and everyone is so nice
here, they would'nt tell ya

I love to lurk too! I pop in as often as I can!
Most of my lurking time is done when the PC is free, and either Emily has gone out somewhere or is doing something else (like sleeping or watching her videos).
As long as you're not posting 24 hours a day (I did this once in a post-athon, and it was fookin tiring let me tell ya!), it's OK!
Some people only manage an hour a week, and some people live here lol!
It can be hard to reply to all of the posts, but as long as you're here when it suits you, and not upsetting anyone, lurk as much as you can, I say!

Aww, bless ya Day!  I love reading everything your write, we all love ya to bits!   I do know what you mean tho, and all I can say, is lurk to your heart's content, but if you find things 'keeping you awake at night', then you will have to put yourself and your family first every time.  But if you didn't lurk as much as you do we'd miss you like crazy and this place just wouldn't be the same!

My children are grown up, so, I'm talking from a different viewpoint to what you are Day.  Lots of times, I'd be wating on the internet, waiting for my older children to be home and safely in bed.  When they did come home (in the small hours, usually at the weekends) - although I may have been in Chat - when they came home, they were the most important to talk to.
Do you feel that you should be spending more time with your children, if you do, then spend more time with them ( I lurk late at night - they're in bed then - well, one of them has left home).  Is your new position as Assman worrying you?  You are so funny and also, loike a "wise woman", because you say  things .
My bottom hurts tonight - fell over rollerskating - ouch.

Hi hun. No I dont think you lurk too much, and if you do then so do I!!! I love this place and yes I do sometimes feel I spend more time than I maybe should on here, but its my hobby and everyone should have one of those, right Bratz??!!
I make sure I do all my housework in the morning before I come on, then if I spend most (ok all the day) on here I dont feel so guilty, as everything is tidy and clean.
I'm like you tho and do worry about people who are having major probs. Starry has been in my thoughts a lot lately for one. But thats what I love about this place so much. We come here because we care, we want to share our time with each other, and be there for each other. Its kinda like meeting for coffee each day with the best ever bunch of mates.
If you werent here mate I'd miss you like mad, so no more talk of less lurking ok??
Love ya hun. xx
