I know why its almost come to a halt. I've just not been eating enough or properly the last couple weeks. My appetite dropped almost to nothing and I guess my body's hanging on to whats there in case I starve meself again. I didnt do any yoga last week either as the week was so damn hectic, and no swimming for a couple weeks, due to circumstance. Will get back to that right after xmas tho. Anyway my appetite is coming back, so I'll start eating right again and back into the yoga.
