My last weigh till after xmas. I've maintained again this week. I'm still not back into eating proper regular meals & havnt been able to swim for about 4 wks  but will get my head round that this holiday. Ending the year then at 9st 13.5. I'm not actually coming off plan over xmas like I did last year, as I struggled way too much to get back on it early this year. I'm planning a flexie xmas eve and day but thats it. The rest of the hols will be on plan and I'll sin what I have. |
