Well, circumstances dictate that right now I can't join a gym but with my brothers wedding on in 4 months and me being 11:5 I think it's time I did something about it. I've requested Gary take photos of me and I have given myself a target of losing 19 lbs in 14 weeks...
I've great get up and go right now but my get up and go usually gets up and goes at the sight of a packet of crisps
I've done out a new spread sheet for me and I will do one for my neighbours and we really will have to get stuck in. That's the plan anyhow!

I did it! I stood on the scales this morning after my shower, it went to 9 7 then 9 8 so I hopped off, let the scales turn off, ripped the towel off me... stood on the scales again and I was 9 7... So I reached my target 2 years late, but I reached it none the less...
Whooooo hooooooo... oh and I bought 3 new dresses last Friday.... all size 12 and I'm shopping again tonight...
Stood on the scales this morning and I' m 9 4.... Stood on them on Tuesday and I was 9 8... I think it's where I put the scales that makes the difference. I've marked the tile that told me I'm 9 4...
Got down to 9 2 for absolutely ages... then back up to 9 11. I'm 9 9 now so I'm trying on and off to get my act together. Loved being 9 2, dunno if I could achieve that again though!
