Would you mind if I keep a kind of diary on here? I may stick to it more if I can keep a record of what Im doing right or wrong.
I am going to be really brave right now and tell you what I actually weigh so you can see what a difficult task I have ahead of me,lol.
To start with 2 yrs ago I was 16stone.I know !! I was shocked when I discovered as I thought I was aroung 14.I did get down to 13s12lb up to xmas 2003.But I am now back up to 14s 13
So my target is to get to 11st and then see how I feel.
Go ahead Jen... We can support and help each other and maybe get some idea's from each other too...
Have you bought your slimline milk and the like? Every little helps.. I feel bad when I take full fat milk on my cereal!

Oh... take pictures... I got gary to take some pictures of me in my bra and knickers, from my neck down so that when they do get put onto a porn site no one will know it's me..

I am on a green day today, had my bran flakes for breakfast, a banana and havent eaten since dentist...I have made a spanish omlette for tea to heat up but it more like scrambled eggs but tastes nice. I only had one glass of wine last night so was pleased withselfits usually 3 or 4
there are green and red dayslettie, Red days are plenty of lean meat but not mush pasta, potatoes or rice and greenis the other way round. On both days you can eat as much veg , fruit as you want and free food depending on what day you are doing, so if you do a red day you can eat snacks of lean meat etc
