Nother pound off this week. I'm now down to 9st 8.5, and it feels bloody fantastic. I'm finally on the right track and hope to be at target by the time we go on hols in september. I want to loose another 2 stone in total.
Ty mate. Well when I got married I was about 7.5st, I was always a tiny thing, and I'm aiming for that again. But saying that if I get to say 8 and feel fine and look ok I'll stay at that. I'm only 5"2 so every bit extra shows!
