I've maintained this week, I'm happy with that, cos I've had fudge and Mc'donalds this week including mcflurry , plus I've barely moved from the sofa cos of my Ra this week So still 8.11 and will work realllly hard to shift another next week |

Ffs 1 back on I've done feck all exercise this week, barely walked anywhere and had chinese bollix. I'm going to work my ass off this week for a loss next tuesday I still have time to get it all off for my hols 8.12 again then |

Mc, never mind hun it is only 1lb and you've done so well so far, don't let it haunt you and stride towards your goal target next week, you can do it |

Thanks Rosemary, no I've not taken them for a while, but when the kids go back to school I'm going to get back to my yoga properly & my walking to school and back so should shift it easier then. |

Ok I'm gonna rant this week I've maintained again, which is better than gaining I know, but that doesnt seem to be my problem, I'm just really struggling to loose it, ffs 8 months its been since I gained it and still it wont fecking pi** off I know its not a big deal really, its only 5lbs and the last 5 at that, but having been at target I'm just really cross with myself for gaining it back in the first place and if I'm really honest its the fact that I'm unable to be as active as I was due to my buggering bollixing fecking hips I cant even walk at a decent pace half the time and with no real exercise I'm staying stuck where I am. Ok I'm still at 8st 12lbs. I have just one more weigh in before we go on holiday, and back to work and school tomorrow. So the plan is to walk as much as I can to and from school, make sure I do some yoga even if it hurts, as I'm sure that would help my hips not hinder and just be really careful about what I eat next week, in the hope of a small miracle before I go away. My main worry if I'm honest is having to go on steriods which I know will make me instantly gain 2lbs and I soooooooo dont want to go there. In the meantime this evening I'm going to eat a tub of chocolate brownie ice cream as I'm feeling really pissed off in general with my health stuff and I'm gonna enjoy every bleedin mouthful Congratulations if you managed to read this far |

Oh hun I hear ya And I don't have the excuse of having health probs like you have. Don't be so harsh on yourself, you've done brilliantly to have maintained. The last few pounds are the hardest to lose and you've had some major issues to deal with to make it doubly hard. Hang in there babes oh and enjoy the ice cream |

Ok no rant this week, but no loss either Oh well I'm going to be careful what I eat this week and then just enjoy my holiday, then I'll get back to it proper when we return. No point moping now is there Still at 8st 12 then |

Well I weighed this morning, with much trepidation I have to say after all I ate last week but I maintained at 8st 12 I was gobsmacked I tell ya!!! I am aware though that it may catch me up next week so I'm going to be very very careful this week and hope for a maintain if not a loss next week. Need to shift this 5lbs now |

Maintained again this week, not unexpected as I expect some of my holiday eating caught me up, so I'm happy to still be at 8st 12 |
