Oooooooh...look at me, on this board. This is me that's allergic to anything healthy, diets or exercise.
I've decided that I'm a fat sow and I refuse to still be so by summer. I once lost 6 and a half stone in a year and went from a size 26 to a 14...that was about 13 years ago. Another ex-husband and another 2 kids later and it's all creeping back on. I have no idea what I weigh, I don't own any scales and I'd really rather not know to be honest...lol. I eat for England and can quite happily plough through a ridiculous amount of sweets on a night. I drink cans of pop all day long and eat at silly hours with working nights.
I'm going to write down everything I eat and drink from now on in a little book. I might even buy some scales when I go shopping in a few minutes. Exercise is still out of the question though, the only time I could do it is when the kids are in bed...and then I'm at work. Unless I go on my stepper for half an hour when I get home, before I go to bed...that's not a bad thought actually. I'm going to cut out the pop and drink water instead...and the sweets are definitely gone now too.
Let's just say that the Maltesers have now gone from temptation's way. I had a cr*p day and decided that while they were there calling to me, they were going to get the better of me...so I had a day off and ate anything that moved last night. I'm going to start afresh today and I've banned sweets from the house.
