I lost my way a bit lately with this   Over the summer I managed to gain 5 lbs   Then a couple of weeks ago I lost 2lb, but the following week I only bloody gained 2 1/2lbs!!!!

So, with a big kick up the backside I've really gone for it this week.  And I have lost 5lb!

I'm very pleased with that and feel I am now back on track.

2 1/2lb off this week I am sooooooo happy!!!   I am now 10 stone 6lb which was my original target.  So, I've now set my official target to 10 stone 4lb to become a gold member, but I hope to be down to 10 stone exactly by Christmas.   Size 10 here I come

I could cry, y'know - I gained half a stone over Christmas and have been trying to lose it again since.  I have lost a pound, gained a pound, lost a pound, gained a pound and I am so darn sick of it!!  I am now 10 stone 5lb

Jo hunni, just stop and think a minute about how well you did last year  You did so well and you look gorgeous, sooooo start again where you left off, go back to what you were doing when you were loosing well and it will come off. The last bit is always the hardest to get rid of but you can do it

Fingers down your gob....

No seriously, it's difficult but you'll get there, you want to do it but you don't want to do it that much. You'll get back into the right frame of mind soon enough...  <sez she after gobbling down a nutri grain bar in a vain search for a packet of crisps>
