I meant to come in and get this started before now.. I lost 1 and 1/2 lbs this morning I was trilled I'd lost 2 and 1/2 last week .. I had been having a bit of a slump up untill then  but gave myself a good kicking and am now back on track... I got my silver  this morning so am a very happy bunny..Lettie
