Morning all

 

Well we hunted round for a lappie yesterday, probably went to every store in Norwich lol, I'd narrowed it down to 4 that I liked, an HP with 17" screen, a Dell Inspiron 15.6" screen, Acer 15.6" screen and an Acer Blu-Ray with an 18" screen, I've picked the Acer 18" screen from John Lewis, not only is it in the sale but Paul had his annual Xmas box from work which was JL vouchers, plus with the JL vouchers we got for Xmas between us, we can get that and a Freeview + Box which Paul has been after, all for £56 which I'm more than happy with.  It Paul's birthday on Wednesday and as he always takes the day off and I treat him to lunch, we'll go back to John Lewis and get them then.

 

Kieran's still out on his paper round at the moment, Paul's got his tea and the racing post and is watching The Morning Line (CH4 racing preview) in bed, Nik's somewhere in dreamland and I'm on my 2nd mug of coffee on here lol

 

My only plan today apart from a bit of housewurk, washing etc is to do a small top up food shop.

ps. Steph, your comment about buying goods on yesterdays daily, yes I absolutely agree, buy on a credit card, at least you can fall back on the insurance, if the company you buy from goes t*ts up!
