It's Paul's birthday today, so as he's got the day off I'm treating him to a day in the city with lunch, we're also getting the laptop today and some other things, I love shopping (of the retail kind lol)

 

Thanks for asking about my shoulders Gilly, I've had the right one injected again and I'll be reviewed in another month, its certainly not as painful and as our surgery has a on-line connection with the hospital now, I've actuually seen my shoulder x-rays on screen, the left one (orginal) is still a problem and will need surgery at some point, but not at the moment, they're hoping with me having physio (yep, got to start that again) and pain management with steroid injections, it'll keep things in check until my Etenercept inections (which I've heard no more about) have my psoriasis under control.  They still have the letter on my file from the surgeon which quite clearly says that when they do put me forward for the op, I will not have to wait and will be treated as an emergency case, so at least that's one thing, not ideal though!
