I'm going to start off with some easy-ish ones:

-increase water
-make beds in the morning
-put away things as soon as I'm done with them
-dishes before I go to bed

Oh, I have a ton like eating better, spend less, pay off debt, eat out less, be a better mom, wife, etc. I think I have those every year. But, the 4 I listed seem so much more attainable for now. So, I'm going to stick with those and see how I do!

Ah, I've failed with my resolutions for this month! The bed making has been iffy. The girls' beds haven't been dealt with all that well though mine is usually made, for the most part. Water intake is a bit better but still, need to have WAY more. I need to find a nice big water bottle. I used to have a 1.5 L Dasani bottle a looong time ago that I loved. Getting glasses of water isn't doing it for me. I should add that to my to buy list. Dishes, well, I go in spurts of having them done before bed but again, not consistent. Picking up after myself? I'm more aware but still have hot spots galore!

Sooo, I guess I'm back to working on those 4 though my main focus will be taking my vitamin daily and my omega 3 daily. I took a vitamin yesterday so started off the month on the right foot! I find the multi-vitamins give me heartburn-type feelings though.

Since that should be a VERY easy one to deal with this month, I also want to work on putting away laundry. With adding a 4th kid to the family (ack), that's something I need to stay on top of. So, my goal is to have no more than 1 load of laundry to put away at a time meaning I don't let it pile up so I have a mountain of 5 loads to deal with. It doesn't work for me. I do have the issue of having to lug laundry around but if I'm doing a load at a time and staying on top of it, it should be easy to handle. Having done so much laundry yesterday and hoping to take care of the rest today, I'm hoping I can get on track today and keep it up for th erest of the month!

Good luck on the laundry thing!  That's a hard one but would be awesome if you get it done.  I'm usually pretty good about only having a load or two to be washed but there's usually mine and Scott's clothes to put away and the kids' shirts to hang (I wait 'til a couple of weeks' worth build up and hang them all at once - they sit on a laundry room shelf until then).  At least I fold as they come out but it would be cool to get everything always put away.  Not happening here though lol.

My current plan is to start over with Flylady.  For real - no hidden agendas with big routines in the back of my mind.  Obviously I'd like to do more than shine my sink but right now a shiny sink and a made bed are it.  Just our bed, not the kids'.  If our bed isn't made, because the "good" comforter goes in the floor while we sleep along with 6 decorative pillows, the extra bedding fills the floor and then the bedroom gets to be a mess.  With it made, there's less overall mess in there.  I guess chaos just breeds more chaos.  Not to mention walking over all that bedding in the floor (small bedroom) makes it harder to put stuff away so we end up leaving stuff in the bedroom that should be taken out.

So right now my sink is shiny.  There are dishes all over the counter around it but the sink is staying clean.  So that's something anyway.   And the bed makes me feel better.  I should write out my monthly goals for the year but for now I just want to focus on the end of January and February (I started this a week or so ago).

Gonna go to the other thread
