How far would you go for $1000?

We'll each ask a question, something like:

For $1000 would you [insert crazy idea here]?

Then the next person will answer yes/no, why/why not and then ask the next question.

I'll start.....

For $1,000 would you agree to not decorate your house for Christmas...not a tree...not even a Christmas candle?

Actually, I would, and I think the girls would support it. Being a military family, we have celebrated Christmas in September and April and a few other non-Christmassy months when Bobby was deployed over the holiday. They learned to appreciate from a young age that Christmas was whatever day we were together and chose to celebrate it. We always decorated and celebrated the holiday when he wasn't here, but we had more Christmas spirit decorating the tree and celebrating the holiday in May if we were all together. So I'd take the money, put up the decorations in January and take the kids to Disney World for Christmas.LOL

Would you give up eating your favorite food...not even a taste...for 6 months?

Hmmm...I could say yes. Cause my fav food is lasagna...and I can go for 6 mos without eating lasagna. But if I have spaghetti or manicotti or another form of pasta, red sauce, and cheese, it's basically the same thing. NO, I couldn't give up all pasta for 6 months...I'd be sure to cheat...lol

For $1,000 would you agree to be an average Joe or Jane's date for a high school reunion and help them perpetuate a lie that they are actually much more successful in life than they really are?

No way. The reunion could be 500 miles away but with my luck if I spent one evening living a lie I would run into people from that reunion everywhere I went. LOL.

Could someone 'buy' your vote in a presidential election for $1,000?

No way. I always vote and consider it a privilege. Plus I believe if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem, so if you don't vote you have no right complaining.

Would you marry a friend so they could get citizenship? (Maintaining a platonic relationship until you could get divorced).

Alone, no. I would go crazy listening to all the strange noises. Now, if I could be with a certain someone, Yeah!! I'd pay $1000. Or even a week in the woods with my boys I would do for $1000.

thats a very general question.....too many possible variations.
but if Poo had to YES or NO..............?

NO.....Poo has a friend since 74.............Poo would go down with him - unless it meant prison - if I wasnt with him...............the money hold no bearing on this regard.

One thousand dollars doesnt seem like much to compromise your ethics or values upon.

Can we ANNY UP that purse  - Poo thinks it maybe more intriguing.

Like - say - for 20 thousand dollars..........would you learn to do something you have always been fearful of - LIKE SWIMMING..........DRIVING.........or DANCING?
