Riddle No. 2

A man goes out drinking every night, returning to his home in the wee hours of every morning. No matter how much he drinks, he never gets a hangover. This drink is very well known, but is rarely consumed, served warm and taken straight from its source. The man is a sucker for a free drink, especially since he can't live without it.
What is his favorite drink?

first he takes the goat across. leaving behind the wolf and the cabbage. goes back and gets the cabbage. drops the cabbage off and takes the goat back with him. drops off the goat and takes the wolf to the other side. this leaves the wolf and the cabbage on the opposite side of the river. then goes back to get the goat. The goat goes across the river 3 times but is never left with the wolf or the cabbage alone.
