Cook noodles. Preheat oven 375*.
In nonstick skillet cook sausage til no longer pink and brown. 3-4 minutes transfer to paper towels.
Discard all but 2 Tbs. drippings.
In same skillet cook mushrooms, onions, garlic , and fennel.....stirring til tender...6-8 minutes.
Stir in sauce and sausage , remove from heat.
Combine ricoota 1 c. mozarella, Parmesan, egg and parsely.
Spread 2/3 c sauce mix in bottom of 13x9 pan.
PLace 4 noodles over sauce; spread with 1/2 the cheese mixture.
Spread 2 c. sauce over cheese; top with 4 noodles.
top with remaining cheese mixture, then 2 c. sauce, Arrange remaining 4 noodles over sauce top with remaining sauce
Sprinkle with remaining Mozarella.
Cover with foil. Bake until top lightly browns, 5-10 minutes . Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
