Hi there,,,,, The dentist did not build you a  bite plate??  A plate that fits over the teeth... With set plate in too keep from grinding teeth at nite... any time that jaw sets down,,,,, grinds,,, or just plain set down... puts jaw inline n teeth in line. Mine grinding keeps breaking it n dentist keeps remaking.  Then the fall,,,, breaking teeth,,,, N pain issues  kept me from going back to dentist. Now Have a tooth in back one that finished cracking n breaking off that is swollen,,, broke up bleeding yesterday n wwowww swelling went down n so did pain levels.. But being stuck with out phone not able too find dentist here.  Will get it all set into place when phone restored n and am moved also. huggzzzz n more huggzzzz,,,,,,,  but dentists building that plate really really really helps alot... annie
