hi, i was just getting 2 hr's of sleep a night for about two year's.i tried sleeping pill's
and tea's, plus other thing's.what i finally found out was my mattress was putting too
much pressure on my leg and back. i bought a memory foam mattress pad make sure it is 3inch's thick or it does not work as well. now i get at least 2 more hrs. of sleep a night.the four hrs. of sleep is still not in a row i still wake up alot, but i am alittle more
comfortable at night.
