Hello everyone!  Some of you might already know this but I thought id let those who dont..... I seen my doctor the other day and  I had heard that meat is something us rsders and those with fibro, should actually get rid of. Or lets say only once a week. She said that is correct . That alot of her patients claim it has helped. To much protein in the body, sets off to much serotion, I believe is how it goes. My doctor says several of her patients are vegetarians. Also she told me to cleanse my body at least once a day by eating nothing but fruits and raw vegetables all day ,1 time a week. I know there is a diet chart ive came across for all of us, somewhere while searching. But doctor said diffently get rid of the Meat. So im going to try it, even though I am a Meat eater. Thought id send this info for all my friends! Hope everyone has a pain free week! MAY GOD BLESS US AND OUR FAMILIES!!!!!      Your friend, Tina
