Hi,  I too have had RSD for 4 to 5 years, and am much better now.  I can ride my bike, work out with weights, and actually take care of a man with Cerebral Palsy.  May the Father bless you and help you through this.  I prayed and prayed, and my prayers were answered, along with a good MD who did ECT on me for a year.  I'm all done with it now.  Bless you my friend.
