| hi, i just found out about ur support group last week. i was diagnosed with rsd in may after a surgery i had. i am having a hard time dealing with this. i am in a lot of pain it started from having a simple surgery in my elbow and wrist. i had a pinched nerves. after surgery i had extreme senstivity and lose of circulation and extreme pain. still have it today now my feet are loosing circulation. i am 42 years old and dont know how to cope with this. everytime i try to use my arm the pain gets so bad, my range of motion is limited sometimes. please give me some advise on how to cope with this. i have to get surgery in my other arm yet and they wont do it until my lt arm is better. |
