Oprah -
Link for the Oprah Winfrey Show. I am told that Oprah has allowed a woman to put an RSD message board on her site. Check it out and let me know what you think.
Rsd Hope -
This is another site with wonderful information on RSD. There are links here that will help you to understand RSD better.

I give this site two thumbs up for ease of use and easy to understand.
Dr. Hooshman's RSD site. -
This is the site for Dr. Hooshman's RSD puzzle. This provides facts and Q&A on RSD. I have been reminded that there is really no diffinitivesite for RSD but this site does provide some excellent information. I use the 4F diet that he has on the site and by eliminating some foods such as chocolate and white sugar I have seen some difference in pain, especially if I slip on the diet and eat those foods. Red meat is one area I have cut down on but have not totally quit eating. To me most things in moderation can be ok other foods should be avoided. For a chocoholic giving up the chocolate was the worst.

Check out the site and as always keep an open mind.

I give this site one thumb up. The information is there but can be hard at times for the layman to understand.
RSDS Association - Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association. This is the official site for the RSDS Association. Here you will find information on what RSD is,how to treat it, and what is new in the research world.

For $15 you can become a member and receive many member benefits which will benefit anyone who wants to keep informed on advances in RSD research and treatment.

There are many other informative links on this site. I give it 2 thumbs up for ease of use and ease in understanding the information presented.
