Kayee,
The pain and
burning will have increases and decreases. Some days are worse than others. At
least that is how it is for me.
As far as
the fingers not moving, my right hand is frozen in a claw like position. It is
very important that you are in some type of therapy to help keep your muscles
moving.
Are you
taking any types of medications for the burning and the pain? Do you have a good
RSD doctor? You should have a pain management doctor as
well.

I was diagnosed about 6 months ago with RSD, resulting from nerve injury during a meniscal transplant.The transplant was my third surgery in a year. So, I have been living with pain for a little over a year before the RSD showed up. I am so frustrated with the process that I feel I am at my wits end. I had two sympathetic lumbar blocks with 0 result other than a sore back. Tomorrow will be my third Bier's block. There has been no success with the first two. In the last two weeks I have come to understand that this is a long term problem and really wish the doctors had been more forthcoming with that information. I am in need of some support and encouragement. I can't cope anymore. HELP! |

hi to have rsd, havent had it long eather,as for the burning,med can help.
but for me the bruning comes and gos as for moving your finger,mine dont
move to good eather,still came move then a little but the thing that been
told is to keep taking to move then,dont give up,if u want to talk u can e

i know u probably know this but stress weather and enjoyment anything can make the pain worse . so i agree make sure u have something for your pain. |
