Hiya all. I have had RSD now since march of 1994 and have tried several different meds. One of the last ones they tried me on recently was the Lyrica and it stank not only did i have horrid nightmares the swelling was terrible as was the weight gain. I went off of it an within 3 weeks everything was back to normal thank goodness. There is a drug that is similar to the lyrica and its called Gabitral it has fewer side effects or seems to me its in the same class as the lyrica its just older and not as popular lol. Maybe this will help anyone out who is having problems with lyrica ask your doc about the gabatril you will be happier. Hugs to all, stace
