Hi, I have an appoinment tomm. with my doc. for rsd. He talked last time about a cortisone injection. I've been trying to find out about this. All I can find was about a block in the spine, but I think he wants to do it in my shoulder. (I have rsd and tendonitis in left shoulder/back.) My pain levels are sort of controlled, better then they were anyway. I'm really nervous about wether this is gonna make me flare up really bad. Pain to touch, can't imagine a needle going in there. Does anyone have any experience with this? Up 'till now, this doc has been very helpful, he gave dx, and has me on lyrica and elavil, and in pt, but this just sounds bad to me. Thanks for any info, I'm so glad I found this great group.
