I have not been on in months. I have my new little guy who is 4 months now and getting heavy and working a number on my arm. The docs now are talking about epidural injections. I assume they are steroid epidural injections. I haven't had a chance to ask questions. What should I expect with this? If the shots are effective would I feel it right away? I read a past post that someone got worse? I need to plan to have extra help if there is a in between stage, with the little guy the game is different for me. Any advice would be great!
