I use to know this for some reason I've forgotten or choose too lol . The fact is diet soft drinks (and regular ones) make you thirstier and yep ... hungrier . So....... this week I'm working on changing my "drinking habits" lol. As I mentioned a couple of posts ago , green tea has alot of health benefits to it so I did go buy some green tea , I'll be slowly switching over to All green tea in the mornings instead of coffee but slowly ... I've tried cutting out coffee before and couldn't deal with the headaches! sooo slowly lol. For work ... I'll try taking a big container of green tea instead of a bottle of diet pepsi . I did buy green tea in Crystal light so I can take hot or cold . For those of you who have a Target store in your area .. in my area (pennsylvania) Crystal light is on sale .. two containers for 5 dollars .. not bad! It's alot cheaper than me buying a bottle of diet pepsi every day for work . That's something else that always kept me from really sticking or starting a diet ... the cost ! so hopefully I can make healthy changes to my diet without draining my pocket book too much. Now I'm off to find a list of foods that help "jump start" the metabolism .
