I'll explain this very easy way of adding a image and midi step by step 1. IMAGE: go to the site listed at the bottom of the page find the image you want and right click on it look for "properties" when you click on properties you will see the url .... this http://norbert26.com/images2/these_colors.gif (make sure you copy the whole url or it won't work ) now go to your page you should have in the edit mode , here's where I get inventive ... the problem is once you click on the "html to create your page" it's going to be really hard to place your image where you want it so while your still in regular editing mode pick the place you what to add it and write a string of gibberish..lol like this hfhhehrherherhehrherehrehrhehrherherhhreehrherhehrherhehrhehrhrrhehrhehr no it does not make sense but now when you click on "use html to create" your page, you will find that string of gibberish very easily! delete the gibberish and make sure you don't delete these two guys < > very important in html language ... right inbetween these fellow's is where your going to put your image code. (I gotta explain that copy and paste is different in editing mode , to copy use the "shift key" on your keyboard and press "C" on your keyboard at the same time. To paste use the shift key again and press the "V" key on your keyboard at the same time) < img src"http://norbert26.com/images2/these_colors.gif"> Click back into regular editing mode and there is your image ... right were you wanted it .. :-) Now for the midi ... it's even easier all you gotta do is find the url (like above) copy and paste using reguler editing mode . if you don't want the whole url showing we can do like I did here make a clickable text link. http://norbert26.com/images2/these_colors.gif that's the url ...now hightlight the whole text then type in what you want it to say but don't space!! it will cut off your link , this may take alittle practise but you'll be a pro in no time!! (to highlight ) using your mouse.. position it over the url link... drag it across holding in the left side of your mouse button in also this will change the color of your url ... now let go of your button and type in your text ... no spacing as I said before. Here's my text link again for the midi ClickHereForMusic after you've made your text link you can go ahead and put the spaces in where you need them ... like this Click Here For Music One more thing if you like the background ...Graphic ,and midi , just copy and paste as you do on my blank webplate's ... just delete my instructions but please leave the Sister's Haven link so other's may find me. |
