Some other people will argue with this title. Attraction is pulling what is on the outside in. A yogi, for instance, might call what occurs THE LAW OF MANIFESTATION. That is because you are manifesting from the inside, outwardly. Still others will say it is that razor's edge of precise manifestation or technique of balance where the "inside" and "outside" meet.
