This is a list of other great sites offering online books to read for free!  Fantastic!

The Alchemy Web Site:  The sites statement is that it has "over 90 megabytes online of information on alchemy in all its facets. Divided into over 1300 sections and providing tens of thousands of pages of text, over 2000 images, over 200 complete alchemical texts, extensive bibliographical material on the printed books and manuscripts, numerous articles, introductory and general reference material on alchemy."  What a resource!

The Bahá'í Sacred Writings: Includes "The Seven Valleys" written by Baha'u'llah.  This is the result of his two years of meditation in the wilderness.  The writing is about the seven stages of the lovers journey on his search for his Beloved God. Each valley represents a plain of understanding such as Wonder, Love, and Unity.

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer: Current articles from a man who is known as the "Father of Motivation." Dr. Wayne does a lecture circuit and is available to speak to groups for a very considerable fee.  You never know... he may be coming to your area! To check his current schedule and where he is appearing, click onto The Learning Annex. There is a tape of one of his lectures, "How to Get What You Really, Really Want" that may be available at your local library. A list of other books and tapes can be found on the site Transform Your Life TodayHe was on PBS in the past.  You may be able to able to catch him on PBS sometime if you are in the US, since he has appeared on there in the past.  You can check similar listings in your area, although I am unaware of if he appears on television out of the country or not.

From Revolution to Reconstruction A collection of essays, documents, biographies related to American history including the letters of Thomas Jefferson, Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech and Abraham Lincoln's last speech.

Glastonbury Archive:  Out-of-print books, unpublished works, interesting archives, online resources by gifted people.  Includes the book "Spiritual Dowsing, " to learn dowsing techniques.

The Gnostic Society Library : Contains severl Gnostic texts including The Apocryphone of John which is a different edition of the Adam and Eve story.  Also contains Christian Apocrypha and Alchemical Writings

Philosophy Texts Great philosophy text links!  Includes Aristotle On Metaphysics,   Kant Grounding of the Metaphysics Of Morals and a humor section!

Project Gutenberg:  This is the the site of the Internet's oldest producer of FREE electronic books (eBooks or eTexts).  The Project cannot publish any texts still in copyright so this generally means that the texts are taken from books published pre-1923.  You will find the classic books from the start of this century and previous centuries, from authors like Shakespeare, Poe, Dante, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the Tarzan and Mars books of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Alice's adventures in Wonderland as told by Lewis Carroll, and thousands of others.

Rabindranath TagoreThis is a great Indian spiritual writer who won the Nobel Peace Prize for literature in 1913.  My favorite is Stray Birds written in 1916 and is a book of philosophical epigrams.

Sacred Texts:  An amazing list of online texts from African through to Zoroastrianism.  Includes Evil, Tolkein, UFOs and many more too numerous to mention.

Shotokai Encyclopedia on Karate-do & Japanese Martial Arts: Includes biographies of Karate Masters and classic Karate/Budo texts.
