Hello Group...
 
This thread is for sharing any information in regard to Copyright Issues in reference to gifs and sigs or other types of things used on group boards.
 
As you come across any information that you feel we need to know that will help keep Sunshine and Rainbows safe from breaking any MSN rules, please share the information here, or post links back to where the information can be read.
 
Thank you so much.  As we do so enjoy the priviledge of having this group board, we want to do all we can to honor and obey MSN's rules pertaining to what can and cannot be posted on group boards.   No one person can know it all... sharing information helps us all to be wiser and more knowledgeable.

Dear Friends,
 
There are some really cute gifs I need to have deleted....  made by Ruth Moorehead.  
 
Her things are just so precious it breaks my heart not to be able to use them.
 
I had not deleted them before today because I could not remember her name and someone on another group had recently said an artist had given new permission for her things to be used.   And I had so hoped it was for these cute gifs of Ruth M's... but alas, they were not.  (also been kind of busy lately to look into it..)
 
PLEASE NOTE:  If any member here sees something that is a copyright no-no... please help me and the group by letting it be known so it can be corrected quickly.  
 
As manager I want to be clear... even though we are a private group and no one can read our board I do not want to break any rules of any artist about the use of their work... nor MSN's rules.   Sometimes I may be away or too busy for some reason, and may overlook something.
 
So please feel free to step forward and let me or another member know if something needs to be deleted.
 
Thanks for your help in keeping Sunshine and Rainbows clean, and legal.
