Friendship Bread

Ingredients

Capps couldn't post this recipe here so I'm doing it for her -

NOTE:  Do not use metal spoon - Do NOT refrigerate

For Ingrdients, see below -

Procedure

Put 1/2 cup each - plain flour, sugar & milk in a plastic bowl.  Stir with a wooden spoon. Cover and leave out

Over the next 4 days - open bowl and stir with a wooden spoon

Day 5 - add 1/2 cup each - plain flour, sugar & milk. Stir

Over the next 4 days - open bowl and stir with a wooden spoon

Day 10 - add 1/2 cup each of flour, sugar & milk. Stir and let sit over night.  Next day divide into 2 equal batches. You can use one batch to make the cake - the other divide that and keep 1/2 to start your new batch and give the other half away

To your starter add

 2/3 cup of oil

 2 cups plain flour

 1 cup sugar

 3 eggs

 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

 1 tsp. cinnamon

 1 tsp. vanilla

 1/2 tsp. salt

 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 cup of anything - chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, peanut butter

1 small box of any flavor instant pudding

Mix well and pour into 2 meatloaf pans that have been greased and floured

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Check with toothpick and increase time till done.  Cool in the pan for 10 minutes then remove onto cooling racks

You can serve as soon as cool.  You can use ziploc plastic bags in place of the plastic bowl. Just be sure to mash the bag instead of stirring!
