In a blender or food processor,process sugar with almonds until nuts are finely ground.  Add nonfat dry milk, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg.  Process 15 to 20 seconds until well blended.

 

If giving as a gift pack mix in a mug, cover tightly with plastic wrap.   Over wrap mug with clear cellophane, tie with ribbon.  A measuring scoop and a bag of miniature marshmallows add a special touch!

 

To serve: Spoon 2 tbs mix into a mug.  Pour 3/4 cup boiling milk or water into mug and stir until dissolved.  Float some miniature marshmallows on top.
